What is the current position for the business?
We are currently still trading, with a reduced workforce for safe distancing purposes.
Rest assured, we are taking all measures to ensure the safety of our three working staff. Each is working in isolation and following safe distancing practices.
We have one additional staff member working from home.
The remaining staff have been furloughed to allow self-isolation at home, as per Government advice and support.
Will existing orders and new orders be fulfilled?
Yes they will.
We are monitoring our workload closely, to ensure delivery dates are met despite our reduced workforce.
We are still achieving our near 100% delivery date success rate.
How will new enquiries be handled?
Our office is now staffed part time (9am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday) by one person, with additional cover coming from home working at various times during the week.
We could be slightly slower in dealing with enquiries and there is a greater chance of a phone call going unanswered.
If you leave an answer phone message we will get back to you in due course. Or better still, email us as emails are often being handled remotely outside of working hours.

What else has Atlantic Signs done during the outbreak?
As well as meeting our customer delivery dates, we've purposely fast tracked the payment of suppliers. Many of our suppliers are also small businesses that need every support possible.
Invoices received during May & June 2020 have been settled within six days (on average) of the Invoice date.
In addition, we have also donated a number of different NHS suppporting rainbow signs and "Protect the NHS" information signs thoughout our village. This has been done in conjunction with the Delabole Christmas Lights Committee, who have done a wonderful job in siting these numerous signs around Delabole.
